Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using BizOpsHub Solution's website or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BizOpsHub Solution.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the BizOpsHub Solution website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
BizOpsHub Solution provides enterprise software development, digital transformation, cloud, AI/ML, and IT consulting services. The specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Service Agreement (MSA) documents.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all work product, code, designs, and documentation created by BizOpsHub Solution for a client become the property of the client upon full payment. Our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of BizOpsHub Solution.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information exchanged during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the project agreement. We reserve the right to pause services for accounts with overdue balances.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizOpsHub Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
